About the Central West End

Central West End (CWE) is a St. Louis neighborhood located west of the downtown area. Just east of Forest Park, the CWE is an area known for both a mixture of higher end and fast casual dining. The area has both a lot of students and a lot of established medical personnel (aka doctors), which makes for an interesting mixture of restaurants.
